The former Kumasi Asante Kotoko goal poacher, signed a two-year deal with the reigning MTN FA CUP title holders, barely three games to the end of last season and has since been with the side preparing ahead of the new season and the CAF Confederations Cup.
In a chat with sports 24, the goal poacher revealed why he chose Bechem United ahead of the numerous clubs competing in the League
“It was my own decision and I think I did a good choice because they are trying to build a side for the league and Africa. It needs experience so why not add up my experience’’.
The prolific striker who has been tagged a ‘’bad boy ‘’ by a section of the media following his poor disciplinary record with former club Kumasi Asante Kotoko is optimistic of his sides chances in Africa saying they will go far.
‘’I can’t say we will definitely get to the finals but we can try to do our best to go far. So far we have done enough preparations. I have been with the team for two months now and nobody can complain about anything because we’re well motivated.
With his vast experience, the attacker is expected to partner with his colleagues upfront to impel the club in attaining higher height in the Ghana premier league and CAF Confederation’s cup slated to start later this year.
