Ghanaian midfielder Sulley Muniru became a free agent after terminating his contract with Romanian powerhouse Steaua Bucharest.
The midfielder agreed terms to part ways with the Club on Saturday.
The player is now free to join any Club of his choice after two seasons with the Reds.
“Thank you, Muniru Sulley! FC Steaua Bucharest announces that it has reached an agreement with Muniru Sulley to terminate the contract that the player had with our club,” a club statement reads:
“Our club thanks Sulley for his contribution to our team over the past two years and wish him success for the future.”
Muniru Sulley, younger brother of Ghanaian international Sulley Muntari will now be seeking a new Club before the summer transfer window comes to an end later in the year.
The hard working midfielder joined Bucharest from CFR Cluj scoring four goals in 61 appearnces for the Romanian Champions.
