Ghana international defender Isaac Vorsah has finally returned to the field after spending 15 months without competitive football.
The 29-year-old stepped out of the dug-out in the 60th minute to replace Sumayhan Alnabit at the Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium.
Vorsah’s presence helped to solidify the backline for Ohod who claimed a 2-1 win over Al Shabab.
The last time the former TSG Hoffenheim stalwart played competitive football was his 61 minutes for Liefering – Red Bull Salzburg’s feeder club, in their 2-1 defeat against LASK LINZ in the Austrian second-tier league.
Vorsah would be hoping to recapture his form and set sights on a Black Stars return.
