Berekum Chelsea defender Nicholas Opoku has agreed a three-year deal with Tunisian giants Club Africain.
The center-back is expected to fly out to the North African country to officially sign a deal with the Club.
Opoku was not included in the Black Stars B 18-man squad for Saturday’s Championship of African Nations qualifier against Burkina Faso.
He will be the third Ghanaian to join the Tunisian Club ahead of the new season after former Ghana U20 midfielder Abdul Latif Anabila and Hannan Wahab who also joined on loan from Ghana Premier League side Tema Youth.
The defender has been in top form for Berekum Chelsea this season earning himself a place in the Black Stars team where he made his debut appearance in an international friendly against the United States.
