Ghanaian-born Collin Quaner made his English Premier League debut for Huddersfield Town by playing a part in their 3-0 triumph over Crystal Palace.
The attacker tasted English top-flight football for the first time after coming on in the 72nd minute to replace Kasey Palmer.
Quanor brought some bite into the attack of Huddersfield Town and contributed in the build-up for the final goal.
The 26-year-old had a decent game by helping his team record their first win of the season.
He has a Ghanaian ancestry and eligible to feature for the Black Stars despite holding a German Nationality where he has spent most of his career playing for the likes of Arminia Bielefeld, VfR Aalen and FC Ingolstadt 04.
He joined the English Club (Huddersfield Town) from German Bundesliga II side FC Union Berlin.
Reports say the Ghana Football Association have already began attempts to have the player represent Ghana at international level.
