South African ABSA Premier Soccer League side Cape Town City FC are plotting to sign Hearts of Oak pair Thomas Abbey and Patrick Razak, according to reports by GSN.
According to reports new coach Benni McCarthy have earmarked the Black Stars B pair as part of his reinforcement plan at the club.

Abbey and Razak have glittered for the Phobians in the Ghana Premier League and attracting interest from a flock of European clubs.
Abbey, Hearts’s captain, has notched 12 league goals and won the Ghana Premier League’s Player of the Month Award in July.
While, Razak’s pace and delivery on the pitch has brought excitement to local fans.
Both players still have running contracts with the Phobians but would want to push to through the exit door at the capital club if a concrete bid is made.
It has been reported that Abbey, 23, has rejected contract renewal offer from Hearts but the Phobians have denied the reports insisting the former Windy Professionals winger.

Hearts’s bitterest rivals have also been linked Abbey but he has openly ruled out any possible move insisting it would be unfair to join the Porcupine Warriors.
