New Genk signing Joseph Aidoo could not make his debut for the Club over the weekend in their League match against Antwerp in the Belgian top-flight.
The former Ghana U20 deputy captain watched the game from the bench as his side went away to defeat their counterparts 5-3.
Aidoo was hoping to make his first appearance for the Belgian Club after joining from Swedish powerhouse Hammarby IF.

The ex-Inter Allies defender might be handed an opportunity in the team’s next game against Sporting Charleroi,
The 21-year-old moved to Belgian after an incredible spell in Sweden where he was adjudged the MVP in several matches for Hammarby.
He is the second Ghanaian to play for the Club (Genk) after former Ghana U23 midfielder Bernard Kumordzi.
