Liberty Professionals skipper Samuel Sarfo says making his debut for the Black Stars was a dream come true.
The center-back featured his first game for the senior National team when he came on as a late substitute in an international friendly against the USA.
Sarfo, who had played for the Black Stars B team tasted first action for the team A after coming on to replace Jerry Akaminko in the game.

“That moment was something else, the atmosphere was great, even before I came on just warming up on the touchline was a good feeling,” he said on GTV’s Spotlight show.
“Seeing yourself with the National team and then you here fans chanting and calling your name.
“It is one moment I don’t think I will forget. You know is a big privilege to be in the National team.
“After the game the Coach (Kwesi Appiah) congratulated me and told me I did well and I was very happy.
The hardworking defender is a regular member of the Black Stars B team
“Before the game he told me I should remember I representing the Nation and not my Club, and I really took what he said.
“I went into the game and did my best for the team, I will say it was a great feeling.”
The current top scoring defender in the Ghana Premier League could not earn a place in the Black Stars team for next Month’s FIFA World Cup qualifier against Congo.
He is already in contention for the best defender award in the Ghana Premier League.
