Black Stars B striker Saddick Adams is likely to miss the team’s Championship of African Nations qualifier against Burkina Faso on Sunday.
The attacker remain a doubt for the game at the Babayara Sports Stadium after picking up an injury in Kotoko’s MTN FA Cup game against Nea Salamina on Wednesday.
Adams could not last the entire game as he made way for Yakubu Mohammed in the 72nd minute.
The former Black Starlets forward was on target when the Black Stars B drew 2-2 with their Burkinabe counterparts in the first leg match.
Coach Kwesi Appiah and his assistant Maxwell Konadu will need to find a replacement for the striker before Sunday’s game.
WAFA attacker Daniel Lomotey could be an option should Adams fail to recover on time.
