CAF have named midfielder Thomas Partey as the best player for match-day 4 of the FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
The 23-year-old was the star man when Ghana thumped Congo 5-1 on Tuesday.
The Atletico Madrid midfielder scored a hat-trick as the Black Stars recorded a comprehensive win over their Congolese counterparts away from home.
Partey scored in the 26th, 45th and 69th minutes for Ghana in a game which also saw him being named the man of the match.
CAF has therefore named the young midfielder as the star performer in the qualifiers which was played on Monday and Tuesday.
In addition, the Ghanaian international was also named in the team for the fourth round of qualifiers by the continents football governing body.
