Ghana International Richmond Boakye-Yiadom will be hoping to get his 30th goal of the year.
The in-form striker has already netted 29 times this year hence hoping to reach a milestone by scoring tonight when his team Red Star Belgrade take on FC Koln in the Europa League.
The 24-year-old has undoubtedly been the most in-form Ghanaian striker in Europe this season.
Boakye-Yiadom prior to his move to Red Star Belgrade had scored a couple of goals for Italian Club Latina.
He however ended the Serbian League season with 16 goals for his Club.
The former Ghana U20 attacker continued his goal scoring form having scored 12 goals so far in the 2017/18 League season in Serbia.
In addition he has scored 7 goals in the Europa League and 2 goals for the Black Stars where he bagged a brace in Ghana’s 5-1 triumph over Congo in a World Cup qualifier.
A goal tonight at the RheinEnergieStadion will see the former Juventus man hitting a personal record of 30 goals in a year.
The forward has been named in Coach Kwesi Appiah’s 26-man squad for next week’s FIFA World Cup qualifier against Uganda.
