Kotoko bus driver Nana Berchie has finally been discharged after spending three months at the hospital.
The driver had been receiving treatment at the Okumfu Anokye Teaching Hospital following a fatal accident suffered by the Club.
Berchie was behind the wheel when the Porcupine Warriors got involved in an accident on the Nkwakwa road after a League match with Inter-Allies.
Players and technical team members on board suffered various degrees of injuries including head Coach Steve Polack who underwent a surgery. The incident also claimed the life of assistant equipment officer Kofi Asare.
After three months at the sanatorium, the bus drive (Nana Berchie) has been discharged after undergoing three different surgeries.
Winger Ollenu Ashitey who was the only player to have failed to recover on time have also been discharged from the hospital.
