Nigerian Club Ifeanyi Ubah are back for the services of Black Stars B and Kotoko defender Amos Frimpong.
The versatile defender landed himself a place in the Ghanasportsonline.com’s team of the tournament after impressing football fans and lovers.
Ifeanyi Ubah who had initially expressed interest in the player according to Ghanasportsonline.com’s sources are ready to lure the defender from the Ghanaian giants.
The 27-year-old according to sources have been highly recommended to the team’s management by former Ghana international Yaw Preko who is now the head Coach for the Nigeria Professional Premier League side.
He thus remains one of the players on the radar of Ifeanyi Ubah who ended the League in 7th place.
“Ifeanyi Ubah have actually renewed their interest in Amos, they have always wanted to sign him from Kotoko,” a source in Nigeria told Ghanasportsonline.com.
“I read in new some months back that Enyimba wanted to sign him but that wasn’t the case, it was Ifeanyi Ubah who were interested.
Frimpong’s outstanding performance in the WAFU Cup of Nations have further fueled his potential move to the Nigerian Club who are ready to sign him in a lucrative deal.
