The midfielder was outstanding as he led the Black Stars to win the rejuvenated competition on home soil
Twum transferred his club form to the National team by putting up a masterclass performance throughout the competition.
The Inter-Allies skipper earned himself a man-of-the match award in Ghana’s opening game against Gambia.
His performance could attract interest from foreign scouts who were at the competition.
The 19-year-old joins fellow countryman Stephen Sarfo who also won the top scorer award.
Nigeria goalkeeper Ikechuchu Ezenwa was also named the goalkeeper of the tournament.
