Black Starlets defender Abdul Razak Yusif has been discharged from the hospital after going unconscious.
Yusif was down for the count during Ghana’s second group match against USA after a collision with an opponent.
The player having spent two days in the hospital has been released to join his colleagues in camp.
He will not be in action in tomorrow’s final group game against host India after doctors asked for him to be excused from the match.
His place is likely to be taken by fellow teammate John Otu in subsequent matches.
The Black Starlets after beating Colombia 1-0 in their opening match at the World Cup lost their second game 1-0 to USA.
A win against India in Thursday will guarantee Ghana a place in the final 16 at the competition.
