Hearts of Oak coach Frank Nuttal has lined up a staggering eleven man squad to face rivals Asante Kotoko in the blockbuster 2017 MTN FA Cup final clash at the Tamale Sports Stadium.

The Scot gaffer has benched Ivorian defender Robin Gnagne who has come in for criticism since his return from injury.

Another central defender Inusah Musah is also conspicuously missing from the matchday squad of the Phobians.

In their bid to claim their 11th FA Cup title the 20-time Ghanaian champions have named regular goalkeeper Ben Mensah in post while he backed in defence by Fatawu Mohammed, Joshua Otoo, Richard Akrofi who takes the place of Gnagne while Vincent Atinga joins to complete the back four.

Leonard Tawiah maintains his place in defensive midfielder while dynamo Malik Akowuah is assigned the number 8 role.

Black Stars B duo Patrick Razak and Thomas Abbey are deployed in either sides of the flanks and steamroller Winful Cobbinah is handed the No.10 role.

Attacker Kwame Kizito, who has scored twice in his last 3 games against the Porcupine Warriors from Kumasi, is spearheading the attack with his venomous strikeforce.

Check out the confirmation of the line up from the Hearts of Oak official Twitter handle.
