Egypt will be without reliable defender Ahmed Hegazi for Sunday’s final World Cup qualifier against Ghana.
The center-back has been excused by head Coach Hector Cuper to solve some family issue.
Hegazi, who was named in the squad to travel to Ghana pulled out and left the team’s training after permission from the head Coach.
He becomes the third player to miss out in the game at the Cape Coast Stadium after Mohamed Salah and Mohamed Abdel-Shafy who will be missing the game due to injury.
The Pharaohs will also be missing Ali Gabr and Rami Rabia who are all injured.
Hector Cuper wants to hand opportunities to some fringe players in his squad.
