Former Ashantigold and Kotoko speedster, Ofosu Amoah known as ‘’ tico-tico’’ has returned to Ghana to relaunch his dying football career.
The adroit winger during his heyday with Ashantigold was seen as Ghana’s Diago Maradona but this natural talent became short-lived after leaving the miners for Kotoko and Heart of lions respectively.
The Cape Coast grown footballer after his bleak stint with Heart of lions miraculously got lost in the football industry but in an interview with ATL FM, the intelligent winger affirmed that he halted his football business and stayed in London for a while on different mission but he has now returned to revive his football career in the Ghana league.
In the interview, he admitted that he is indeed ageing but reiterated he still have a lot of football prowess to exhibit hence, his decision to return onto the pitch.
‘’ I was in London for a while but I’m now back in Ghana to reluanch my football career.
” I know Ghanaians will say I’m old but to me, I am still very strong to play in the Ghana league so my doors are widely opened to all interested clubs’’.
Reliable report gathered indicates that Elmina Sharks are interested in the experienced former U20 winger.
