VIDEO: Ghana’s Hor Halutie clocks 11.46sec to make women’s 100m finals at Commonwealth Games

Ghanaian sprinter Hor Halutie made it to the finals of the women’s 100metres after clocking a time of 11.46sec to finish third in the semi-finals.
