Ghana’s Black Princesses defeated National Women’s League side Sea Lions 3-0 in a friendly on Thursday.
The game was the penultimate friendly match for the side in Ghana ahead of their trip to France.
The Black Princesses showed their readiness for the World Cup by beating a strong Sea Lions team at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence in Prampram.
Right-back Kate Adu Agyemang who was playing at an unusual position upfront scored the first for the Black Princesses after connecting a cross from Grace Asantewaa.
Defender Philicity Asuako added the second with a powerful free kick from the edge of the box.
Grace Asantewaa got another after racing her way into the box to slot past Sea Lions goalkeeper Victoria Antwi.
The team will play another friendly on Saturday before leaving for France on Monday.
