Winger Nana Opoku Ampomah says he will do everything possible to keep his place in the Black Stars team.
The Belgium-based attacker made Coach Kwesi Appiah’s 23-man squad for the upcoming Cup of Nations qualifier against Sierra Leone.
Ampomah look to have done enough to attract the favor of Kwesi Appiah who has been inviting the player in recent times.
The Waasland-Beveren ace has vowed to keep his spot in the national team.
“I am very happy to be earn an invitation again for the game against Sierra Leone, “ he told Atinka FM.
“It is always a privilege playing for your national team.
“I will do everything possible to maintain my place in the team.
“There are lots of players and everyone is fighting to be in the national team so is up to me to work very hard and keep my position in the team.”
The player is expected to join the Black Stars when the team officially open camp on Monday in Kumasi.
