After surviving a horrific accident, Mubarak Wakaso wants to keep his focus by doing away with the unfortunate incident.
The Deportivo Alaves midfielder “smelt death” on his way to catch a flight to Ghana for Thursday’s Cup of nations qualifier.
Wakaso’s car was crashed on his way to the airport, however the player was left unhurt.
The 28-year-old wants to forget the bad scene as he look forward to his career.
“It is something that I don’t want to remember. I just thank God for saving me from this incident. I plead with you all (journalists) to help me forget about it.
“Please let’s stop taking about it and focus on the game”.
The former Ghana U17 player has already joined the Black Stars team for the game against Sierra Leone.
