The Black Stars B on Saturday lost 4-1 on penalties to Namibia in an international Cup match in Windhoek.
The host lifted the Dr Hage Geingob Cup after a 1-1 stalemate with the WAFU Cup of Nations Champions in regulation time.
Shafiu Muminu pulled parity for Ghana after Namibia had scored first.
The Southern African country invited Ghana for the ceremonial game which is used to honor Dr Hage Geingob, who is the third and current president of Namibia.
