Ex-Kotoko attacker Dauda Mohammed made his full debut in the UEFA Europa League on Thursday night.
The 20-year-old was handed a starting role by manager Hein Vanhaezebrouck and he lasted the entire period of the game at the Constant Vanden Stock Stadium as the Royal Club drew 0-0 with visiting Trnava from Slovakia.
Dauda had previous played in the competition but his appearance came in an off-the-bench show against Turkish giants Fenerbache in October.
French-born Ghanaian Dennis Appiah and Belgian-born Ghanaian Francis Amuzu all started the game and played for the Belgian giants.
But, Emmanuel Sowah missed out with injury while 16-year-old Jeremy Duku could not make the squad for the game despite making his Jupiler League debut during the weekend.
