The Black Queens returned to training on Wednesday after their defeat to Mali.
Bashiru Hayford is preparing her side for their final group match against Cameroon on Friday.
The team trained at the El Wak Stadium as they look to sharpen the rough edges before the crucial clash against Cameroon.
The team however trained without goalkeeper Fafali Dumahisi and defender Gladys Amfobea who are all ill.
Ghana must beat Cameroon to possibly qualify to the next round of the competition.
