Former Ghana youth striker Prosper Kasim has signed season long loan contract with newly promoted Swedish Superettan side Mjällby, Ghana Sports Online can confirm.
The 21-year-old former Inter Allies attacker enjoyed a successful loan spell in the third-tier league, scoring 10 goals in 27 appearances for the former Allsvenskan side.
“The deal with Göteborg is ready and we have loaned him with an option to buy. We will only complete his contract and because he is in Ghana now, it takes a bit longer,” Mjällby coach Miljard Milojevic said.
Top-tier side Goteborg IFK loaned out the Ghanaian to gain more first team experience and he is expected to continue his progress at the club.
