Denmark-based defender Fard Ibrahim has received an invitation to the Ghana U20 team ahead of the Africa Youth Championship.
The Vejle Boldklub left-back who is on loan from Inter Allies is expected to join the Black Satellites camp in Prampram.
Coach Jimmy Cobblah once worked with the player at Inter Allies hence saw the need to invite the 19-year-old who was impressive during his time with the Ghana Premier League side.
Fard will join a couple of foreign-based players who have been invited to camp.
The Black Satellites have been drawn together with Mali, Senegal and Burkina Faso in next year’s Africa U20 Cup of Nations.
