Budding Ghanaian striker Caleb Ekuban climbed off the bench to score his third goal of the season for Trabzonspor as they posted a 3-0 home win over Konyaspor in the Turkish top-flight.
The 24-year-old was introduced in the 69th minute by Trabzonspor and he put his name on the score-sheet on the 77th minute mark.
Youngster Abdulkadir Omur waved into the box with impressive footwork before hitting a low cross which was connected by the on-rushing Ghanaian.
Ekuban has now scored three goals this season for Trabzonspor and the strike against Konyaspor is his 2nd goal in his last three games.
He climbed off the bench to score against Kayesirspor last weekend.
Black Stars coach James Kwesi Appiah has already met with the former Chievo Verona youngster during his days at Leeds United and he could earn a call up if he continues his scoring form.
He is on loan from English Championship side Leeds United.
