Former Kotoko assistant Coach Isaac “Opeele” Boateng has eulogized Hearts of Oak defender Benjamin Agyare after describing him as the best center-back in the country.
Agyare moved to Hearts of Oak from division one side Heart of Lions.
The tough defender has since become a key member in the Hearts of Oak set-up.
Opeele has heaped praises on the experienced defender.
“Hearts of Oak with Richmond Aryee or Ernest Sowah, Fatawu, Benjamin Agyare etc have the best backline in Ghana at the moment,” he said on Asempa FM
“Agyare is the best centre-back in the country at the moment,” he added.
The 24-year-old before joining Hearts of Oak played for Lions for four years.
