Ghana midfielder Mubarak Wakaso has bid farewell to Deportivo Alaves teammate Ibai Gómez.
Gomez leaves Alaves after two seasons with the Club.
The 29-year-old is returning to Athletic Bilbao after successfully establishing himself at Deportivo Alaves.
Wakaso has sent a goodwill message to his pal as he embarks on another journey in his career.

The Ghanaian international had a good relationship with the Spaniard.
Both Wakaso and Gomez were influential for Alaves in the first half of the season where they helped the Club finish at a respectable fifth position before the break.
