Abdul Majeed Waris has paid tribute to former teammate Emiliano Sala whose body was recovered from the wreckage of a plane which crashed weeks ago.
A plan carrying Sala together with pilot David Ibbotson varnished over the English Channel weeks ago but has now been found after a private search team found the plane and body identified to be Sala.
Waris took to social media to mourn his pal at Nantes who has now been declared dead.
You were loved by everyone and you will be remembered by everyone. RIP 😭 pic.twitter.com/YB6zbC5sID

The attacker was the striking partner of the Ghanaian international.
Sala, 28, was expected to join English Premier League side Cardiff in a record transfer deal during the winter transfer window.
Cardiff meanwhile have withheld their payment for the player’s transfer following the tragedy which occurred.
