Former Ghana Football Association President Kwesi Nyantakyi has sold WA All Stars to a company led by ex-Ghana international John Paintsil.
A publication from the Club revealed Paintsil and his cohorts have acquired the Club from the former CAF vice President.
Nyantakyi sold out the Club after FIFA banned him from all football related activities, a ban which automatically prevents him from running the Club as owner.
The new company (Group) whose identity is still unknown will run the Club.
WA All Stars have been facing some difficulties since Nyantakyi was reprimanded by the World Football governing body.
The former Ghana Premier League Champions are preparing for the Normalization Special competition which kicks off next weekend.
