Hearts of Oak CEO Mark Noonan has informed management about his purported resignation.
The American has been in constant chats with the majority shareholder of the Club Togbe Afede about his latest decision.
Noonan left the country on February 4 and has since not returned to take up his role at the Club.
It is however unclear what might have prompted his decision not to return to his duties, however Ghanasportsonline.com gathers the former MLS Marketing bigwig is unhappy with situations at the Club especially with their latest kits deal with Umbro.
Ghanasportsonline.com also gathers a management meeting was held on Thursday to discuss Noonan’s unexpected choice.
Management of the Club are also reported to be in touch with the expatriate to rescind his decision.
Hearts of Oak, weeks ago announced that Noonan had gone for holidays and will return.
Mark Noonan took over as General Manager of the Club in March 2018 and has supervised several recruitments at the Club including the appointment of former Ghana international Kim Grant as head Coach for the side.
