The Ghana Football Association’s Normalisation Committee is now paying monthly allowance to its spokesperson, according to Ghanasportsonline.com sources.
The FIFA ad-hoc body is remunerating legendary broadcaster Dan Kwaku Yeboah on monthly basis for his results-oriented work for the committee, paying all arrears since September 2018 in installment from when he was officially appointed to serve as a scribe for the committee.
Kwaku Yeboah, a renowned broadcaster and multiple award-winning journalist, will receive a monthly allowance of $1000.
The Despite Group Head of Sports, was confirmed Spokesperson of the Normalisation Committee last September when the body was unveiled by FIFA but had not received any form of financial reward for his work.
But, the body headed by Dr Kofi Amoah has now agreed to pay him a monthly allowance for his dedication to the course of restoring Ghana football back to its glory days.
The ace broadcaster’s dedication to work and promote the interest of Ghana football under the new dispensation started when he worked without any form of financial enticement when he was appointed to serve on the three-man FIFA liaison team which was also headed by Dr Kofi Amoah.
Aside serving his communications duties, the 2018 GJA Radio Sports Journalist of the Year Award winner, also served as a pine for offering ideas on key reforms to restore the dignity of Ghana football.
