Ghanaian teenager Johnson Gyamfi got on target for Leicester City in their comprehensive 3-1 battering of Norwich City in the English U18 Premier League on Saturday.
The 17-year-old midfielder registered his name on the score-sheet with a beautiful strike in the 77th minute.
The lanky midfield yeoman commanded the middle, pulling strings and delivering visionary passes with good calibrations and great dexterity before capping his fine performance with a neat finish.
Whilst Johnson was playing and scoring his brothers Dennis Gyamfi and Pierlugi Gyamfi didn’t make the Leicester squad for the game.
The trio are among numerous Ghanaian starlets born in the United Kingdom playing youth football for Premier League clubs.
