Injured Leicester City defender Daniel Amartey has been nominated for the player of the season at the Club.
The 24-year-old who is still nursing an injury was selected to be part of the most outstanding players at the Club this season despite his setback.
Amartey was a regular at the Club making 7 League appearances before sustaining a chronic injury.
The Ghanaian international broke his ankle in a League match against West Ham United in October last year and has since been unable to recover.
It is still unknown the return date of the versatile defender who remains in the plans of Black Stars Coach Kwesi Appiah ahead of the Cup of Nations in Egypt.
He comes up against the list of registered Leicester City players at the Club for the player of the season.
