Patrick Twumasi enjoyed some game time as Deportivo Alaves lost 2-0 to Seville in the Spanish La Liga.
The attacker is gradually claiming a place in the Alaves team having showed glimpses of his prowess in recent times.
Twumasi started the game from the bench as he got introduced in the 67th minute when he came on to replace Japanese midfielder Takashi Inui.
The Ghanaian international as usual made a case in the game injecting more urgency in the Deportivo Alaves attack but could not score.
His presence provided Alaves more options upfront in the game.
Coach Abelardo Fernández look to have regained confidence in the 24-year-old.
Ghana midfielder Mubarak Wakaso also saw full action for Deportivo Alaves but went into the referees books for a challenge on Seville midfielder Roque Mesa.
