Anderlecht winger Jérémy Doku remains uncertain about his allegiance to Ghana after calls for him to represent the West African country.
Born to Ghanaian parents, the 16-year-old currently holds a Belgian passport and has represented the Europeans at junior level.
Doku, one of the emerging talents in Europe is on the radar of several top Clubs with Liverpool reported to have a bid rejected by Anderlecht during the winter transfer window.
Having played for Belgium at the 2018 UEFA European Under-17 Championship, the attacker remains eligible to feature for the Black Stars, a decision he is yet to consider.
“It really feels good to represent such a great country. But, for Ghana, I don’t know yet whether I would play for them one day or not,” he said in an interview with Ghanasportsonline.com.
He has so far made 5 appearances for Anderlecht’s senior side in the Belgian top-flight.
