Outspoken Ghanaian broadcast journalist Evangelist Kofi Appiah has died.
Appiah, known for his hard-talk style and openness, was a regular pundit on Ghana’s popular sports morning show on Asempa FM – Ultimate Sports Morning Show.
The owner of a lower-tier club in the Greater Accra region had been battling illness for sometime now, according to reports.
He gave up the ghost on Thursday afternoon with news of his passing shocking the Ghanaian sports fraternity.
He became a regular voice on Hot FM, Happy FM and Asempa FM.
