Burkina Faso pair Mamardy Barry and Nurudeen Ahmed are currently on trials at Kotoko.
The two players have been training with the Porcupine Warriors for some time now in a bid to secure a contract with the Club.
Coach CK Akonnor who has been observing their performance at training handed them a chance to further prove themselves by throwing them into Kotoko’s Otumfuo Cup match against ASEC Mimosa.
Both players were introduced in the game in the second half to justify themselves.
The Porcupine Warriors could sign the two players should they impressive Coach CK Akonnor who is keen on adding up to his set-up in a bid to make it to Africa again next year.
Already Kotoko have in their folds Burkinabe international Songne Yacouba and Dany Teguy from Cote d’ Ivoire.
