Ghana’s Black Stars have arrived in Egypt for the Africa Cup of Nations tournament.
The team touched down in Cairo, Egypt’s capital on Friday afternoon after a direct flight from Dubai where they have been camping for the past two weeks.
Ghana becomes the latest team to arrive in Egypt joining the likes of Angola, Benin, South Africa, Morocco, Guinea Bissau, Namibia, Guinea, Algeria, Kenya, Uganda, Tunisia Burundi, Mauritania Madagascar and Mali who have all reported for the competition.
The team will travel by road to Ismailia where they will be based for the Group matches.
Ghana begins the tournament with a game against Benin on Tuesday.
Host Egypt will play Zimbabwe in the tournament’s opener tonight at the Cairo International Stadium.
