Ex-Ghana international Abedi Pele has been named the fifth greatest African footballer of all-time.
The former Black Stars captain and Olympique Marsielle star is being rated among the best by Francefootball.
Pele, who won the Africa Footballer of the year on three occasions only fell behind ex-Liberia star George Oppong Weah, Cameroon legends Samuel Etoo and Roger Milla as well as Ivorian great Didier Drogba.
The father of Ghana internationals Andre Ayew and Jordan Ayew is one of five Ghanaians to have won the UEFA Champions League trophy.
He captained the Black Stars from 1992 to 1996 and played a key role for the National team.
