Kotoko are currently in Mampong preparing for Sunday’s NC Special Cup match against Hearts of Oak.
The Porcupine Warriors left Kumasi to pitch camp in Mampong for the next couple of days.
Kotoko who had initially bowed out of the competition after disagreement on the match venue backtracked by rescinding that decision.
Coach CK Akonnor and his men will move straight from Mampong to Accra on Sunday for the epic clash at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Kotoko meanwhile are expecting the return of midfielder Abdul Fatawu Safiu who missed out on the Black Stars final squad for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.
The Reds progressed to the semi-finals of the NC Special Cup after finishing second on Premier A behind Ashanti Gold who will take on Premier B runners-up Karela United.
