2013 FIFA U20 World Cup bronze ball winner Clifford Aboagye has joined Mexican Club Querétaro from fellow Liga MX side Atlas FC.
The midfielder switched to Querétaro on loan from Atlas FC.
Aboagye, who was touted Ghana’s biggest prospect after the 2013 FIFA U20 World Cup in Turkey where he was named the third best player in the competition behind Paul Pogba and Uruguay’s Nico López moves from Atlas briefly after two seasons with the Club.
The 24-year-old former Inter Allies player did not have the best of seasons in the Liga MX last term after sustaining an injury, however he returned stronger to help Atlas escape the drop.
Querétaro requested the services of the player due to his vast experience in the Mexican League.
