Ghana international Patrick Twumasi wants to leave Spanish Club Deportivo Alaves this season.
The 25-year-old did not have the best of seasons last term after making just 11 appearances for the Club.
The forward was not handed a start in any of his a 11 appearances for the Club which left him frustrated with the situation.
Twumasi is willing to try his luck elsewhere after receiving offers from Clubs.
“The season has ended, I have received so many offers but Alaves insist they will not let me go. Personally I am willing to go but the Club is making things difficult and they don’t want me to leave, I am just preparing to join the preseason and I will see the way forward,” the former Astana star told Ghanasportsonline.com.
“Before coming to the Club I was one of the most promising players they were looking up to and they were expecting me to come and deliver but is unfortunate the Coach didn’t give me such opportunities. And for now if they accept any offer am ready to leave.”
Having established himself at Astana, Twumasi decided to move to Spain to challenge himself by signing a four-year contract with Deportivo Alaves.
