Kano Pillars captain Rabiu Ali believes they a billed to face a tough contest against Kotoko in the return leg of the CAF Champions League in Kumasi.
The Nigerian Professional Premier League side will be heading into the second leg tie with a 3-2 advantage recorded in Kano.
Pillars will only need to avoid defeat in Kumasi to make it through to the first round of qualifiers.
However Ali, longest serving member in the Kano Pillars team and skipper of the side is looking forward to a difficult task.
“We are not expecting an easy match in Kumasi against Asante Kotoko,” Ali told CAFonline.com.
“Unlike in the first leg, we know what to expect in the second leg match,” he added.
“It was a difficult game for us in Kano. Now we have to prepare well ahead for the return leg in Kumasi because we know Asante Kotoko is big club.”
Kotoko on the other hand could progress with a narrow win in Kumasi.
