Accra Hearts of Oak have announced the signing of former Liberty Professional enforcer Bernard Arthur.
Hearts of Oak were quick to snap-up the striker who returned from Algeria after terminating his contract with AS Aïn M’lila.
AS Aïn M’lila and the attacker agreed to part ways on mutual terms.
The 22-year-old joined AS Aïn M’lila from Tanzanian side Azam FC after leaving Liberty two seasons ago.
He will pair up with talisman Joseph Esso in the Hearts of Oak attack.
The Phobians have already signed Dominic Eshun from Karela United and have also renewed the contracts of youngsters Umar Manaf and Michel Sarpong.
