Ishmael Yartey hogged the headlines in KPV Kokkola’s famous 2-1 win over giants HJK Helsinki and he was once again voted the Most Valuable Player of the match on Sunday afternoon.
Apart from his 77th minute strike for Kokkola at the Kokkolan Stadium the 29-year-old displayed overwhelming performance with honey-dripped passes and great telepathic play with his team-mates.
HJK pulled parity after the host had taken a first-half lead but Yartey bravely raced into the box to outfox the HJK keeper and force the ball for the match-winner.
Yartey has now won TWO Man of the Match Awards in his opening FOUR games for KPV and has scored THREE times in his last four games.
