Kotoko center-back Ismael Abdul Ganiyu is yet to receive proper medical attention from the Club after sustaining an injury.
The defender has been out for the past two months with a knee injury.
Ganiyu last played for Kotoko in the semi-finals of the NC Special Cup and has since been unable to feature for the Club due to his knee problem.
The former WA All Stars defender reveals he has not been on medication for some time now.
Kotoko are fully aware of the player’s condition having already omitted him from the team’s squad for the CAF Champions League.
“I feel too much pain in my knee, I can’t even walk fast. I have to move slowly, else I can’t walk,” he told Fox FM.
“I spoke to the (Kotoko team) doctors and they said they will get back to me so I’m waiting for them.
“When I got injured, they gave me some pain killers for five days. After the five days, I’ve not been on medication anymore.”
The 23-year-old moved to Kotoko from Karela United prior to the Red’s CAF Confederation Cup campaign last season.
