Jordan Opoku and Augustine Okrah’s registration for the CAF Champions League before Kotoko’s opening game against Kano Pillars fell through leaving them out of the team’s trip to Nigeria.
The two were actively involved in Kjetil Zachariassen’s preparation for the game, however they could not make the final squad for the match on Sunday due to a hitch in registration.
Kotoko are still working to make the pair available for the reverse encounter in Kumasi.
Midfielders, Jordan Opoku and @AugustineOkrah1 are not eligible for Sunday’s Champions League opener at Kano Pillars. Their registration did not go through in time, but we are working to get them into the squad.#AKSC #Fabulous4Life #KPAK pic.twitter.com/ae9ZYwIDFw
